Product Lead Time

Product lead times vary between products. Products such as Cushion Covers and Small Accessories are available for purchase immediately. Items such as Hanging Planters & Macramé bags are made-to-order, therefore please refer to product specifications for lead times.

We accept payment by credit card and debit card, including Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta,American Express and Visa Electron.
We reserve the right not to accept your order at our own discretion.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer US shipping via USPS.

US 5-7 day delivery £5.00

Delivery time is subject to USPS Terms & Conditions.
*We offer free delivery on orders over £70.

Please allow up to 3 days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Goods are delivered Monday to Friday via standard shipping. Weekends & National Holidays are not classed as working days.

The customer is fully responsible to pay any fees, including taxes and custom duties associated with shipping items to their respective country. LEIGH & TING will not be held responsible for any of these fees.

Cancellation & Return Policies

As our products are all hand-crafted, there may be minor flaws. LEIGH & TING embraces these imperfections, which makes it unique and authentic.

However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, products may be returned within 14 days of your purchase. You must notify LEIGH & TING within 14 days of receipt by emailing hello@leighandting.com. We would ask that you take good care of the goods whilst in your possession, that they are unused and returned to us in its original state and packaging.

If you wish to return goods you will be required to cover the return delivery charges.
